SAN RAMON -- The annual International Storytelling Festival returns to the San Ramon Valley this month, bringing stories from around the world to listeners of all ages.

The free 22nd annual event features a different storyteller each Monday in July at 7 p.m. at the library, 100 Montgomery St. Sponsored by the San Ramon Library Foundation and Kiwanis of the San Ramon Valley, the festival has something for everyone in the family. Sharing fun and heartwarming stories, the professional storytellers are of different ethnic backgrounds and tell tales from various cultures.

On July 15, New Mexico storytellers Liz Mangual and Bob Kanegis will present "Storytelling is So Delicious," sharing international food stories. To learn more, visit www.librarystorytelling.com
