Break out the Hawaiian shirts, grass skirts and pirate hats, dear Parrotheads, because Jimmy Buffett is heading back to the Bay Area.

Buffett and his Coral Reefer Band are now set to perform Oct. 23 at the Greek Theatre in Berkeley. Tickets are $43.85-$143.85 and go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Aug. 22, www.ticketmaster.com. A presale begins on Aug. 20 -- see www.apeconcerts.com for more information.

Buffett is best known for such longtime fan favorites as "Cheeseburger in Paradise," "Come Monday," "Son of a Son of a Sailor" and, of course, "Margaritaville."

The singer-songwriter's latest album is "Songs From St. Somewhere." The album's first single is a duet with Toby Keith called "Too Drunk to Karaoke."
