n n Books for the Homebound -- A free service for people of all ages who are unable to leave their homes, who live in an institution or senior housing facility or who otherwise cannot personally check out library materials. Through the program, a library volunteer selects and delivers library materials. Recipients must live within the county library service area and have a county library card or complete a library application form. For more information, call 925-927-3211.
