OAKLAND -- The Warriors announced on Tuesday that they have surpassed 11,000 full season tickets for 2012-13, one of only eight teams in the league to do so.

The Warriors reached the benchmark after their 6-1 road trip, which put Golden State in the conversation regarding West contenders. The Warriors sold 700 season tickets since the road trip began on Dec. 5.

In nine home games this season, Golden State is averaging 18,582 fans per contest.
