Berkeley East Bay Humane Society

Deja is a cute little 2-1/2-month-old snowshoe mix waiting for her forever home. All of her littermates were adopted already and she's waiting patiently for her turn. She'll greet you by standing on her back feet like a prairie dog, then give the softest chip to say hello. She loves a good ear scratch and says thank you by gently licking your fingers. After initial greetings, she's ready for a fun romp and play. This is a sweet kitten sure to grow into a beautiful, well-rounded cat. A note from her foster family: "Deja is friendly, affectionate, and enjoys cuddling. She is an independent kitten that is gentle and likes to cuddle once she is done chasing around a straw on a string. Deja also loves to get belly rubs." To meet Deja, stop by the Berkeley East Bay Humane Society during adoption hours from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays at 2700 Ninth St. For more details email cats@berkeleyhumane.org or call 510-845-3633, ext. 14
