Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry have reached an agreement over whether Aubry would continue visitation with their 4-year-old daughter, after the Thanksgiving day fight between Aubry and Berry's fiancee, Olivier Martinez.

Berry's attorney Blair Berk held-up a handwritten message outside the courtroom Friday morning that said, "The parties have reached an amicable agreement. There will be no further statements regarding this matter."

Well ... that's no fun.

According to TMZ, the statement came jointly, from Berk and Aubry's lawyer Shawn Holley.

Berry and Olivier weren't in court, but Aubry and his busted-up face showed up.

As you know, Aubry's face attacked Olivier's fists when Aubry dropped off his daughter at Berry's house on Thanksgiving. Within the next few days, Berry had a restraining order against Aubrey, and Aubrey had one against Olivier, who didn't need to get a restraining order against anyone because he's the toughest man in France.
