RICHMOND -- The stage will be set up Friday at Park Place and Washington Avenue for the first show in the 12th annual Point Richmond Music summer concert series.
The opening show features Native American duo Twice as Good (father and son Rich and Paul Steward) with blues, soul and rock 'n' roll at 5:30 p.m.
Following them will be veteran blues musician Willie G at 6:45 p.m.
Along with the free concert, the historic commercial district will have a raffle, children's activities and vendor booths and many of the district's restaurants will be open later for dining.
